Personal Belongings Pickup
Dear West Meadow Families:
We have arranged times for students to come by the school on Thursday, March 19 to pick up all their belongings including:
- All of our student’s belongings from their desks and lockers/cubbies have been placed in bags, labelled and put into our school gym.
- Contents from the boot room will also be organized by grades and placed into the gym as well.
- Bags are heavy, so most students would not be able to carry while walking to and from home.
We have arranged times alphabetically so families can all come at the same time. Please only send healthy individuals into the school. To ensure our numbers in the school stay low, we ask you to please come during your allotted time. If you have children with different last names, you can grab all their stuff when you come. Unfortunately, this will not be a time to connect with staff, ask questions about future programming or visit with friends. We ask that families remain in the school only as long as it takes to get their belongings, and not linger. These are specific directions that have been given to us under the requirements of the ongoing pandemic situation.
