2022 / 2023 Staffing Announcements & Teaching Configurations

As we prepare for another school year, we would like to share some staffing announcements, as well as the classroom teaching configurations for the upcoming school year.

Congratulations to Mrs. Dana Burrows, Mrs. Lynda McGrattan and Mrs. Kate Hipkin who will all be retiring at the end of this school year.  We will miss their energy, experience and enthusiasm and wish them all the best in the next steps of their life journeys. We also will be saying goodbye to Mrs. Michelle Watt as she is moving over to WCCHS to teach junior high humanities. Miss Carly Hoar will be returning to us after a year off and we will also welcome three new staff members to our team; Mrs. Cara Pawlick (Granum), Mrs. Isobella Lissel (JT Foster), and Miss Chelsea Kasprick.

Grade 1 (3 Classes): Mrs. Cara Pawlick, Miss Berkeley Holm, Miss Chelsea Kasprick

Grade 2 (3 Classes): Mrs. Carolyn Wickenheiser (Horwood), Mrs. Jenn Fairs, Mrs. Kendra Fleet (Selk)

Grade 3 (2 Classes): Mrs. Madison Dovell, Miss Alison Wild

Grade 4 (2 Classes): Mr. Don Mackin, Mrs. Gwynne Orsten

Grade 5 (2 Classes): Mrs. Haley Weinrauch, Mrs. Isobella Lissel

Grade 6 (2 Classes): Miss Carmen McDowell, Miss Carly Hoar

Phys Ed: Mr. Bob Sharma

Intervention Specialist: Mrs. Leah Jackson (Murphy)

Class lists will be available on August 30 during our annual WMES beginning of the year open house. Students will be able to come in and meet their teachers, see their classroom, drop off their school supplies, and be ready to start the school year on August 31. We will share more information on that in the future.
